Packages are generally sent within two days of receiving payment and are shipped via the best couriers (UPS, BRT, SDA, DHL) based on the delivery areas, the courier transit times on Italian territory are 24/48 hours and 120 hours for the European territory.
For orders over two hundred euros shipping will be free, we therefore recommend that you group your purchases in a single order.

Upon requesting the assignment of RMA (identification number of the Return of Authorized Material), it will be the Customer's responsibility to send the intact product, including the packaging, together with all the original equipment (instructions, certificates, etc.) to TIKISURFSHOP.COM
