WARRANTIES AND ASSISTANCE METHODS
The products marketed by
AK S.R.L. - P.I. 08427950723 - (TIKISURFSHOP.COM)
are subject to the discipline, where applicable, of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 on sales contracts and guarantees concerning consumer goods and, for anything not contemplated therein, to the specific provisions set forth in the Civil Code. This guarantee will apply to the product that presents defects of conformity and/or malfunctions not detectable at the time of purchase, provided that the product itself is used correctly and with due diligence and that is in compliance with its intended purpose and with what is provided for in any technical documentation, with observance of the various operating rules indicated therein.
WARRANTY SERVICE ON PRODUCTS SOLD BY TIKISURFSHOP.COM
Upon requesting the assignment of RMA (identifying number of the Return of Authorized Material), it will be the Customer's responsibility to send the intact product, including the packaging, together with all the original equipment (instructions, certificates, etc.) to TIKISURFSHOP.COM
DELIVERY METHODS AND TIMES
DELIVERY TIMES MAY VARY DUE TO UNFORESEEN EVENTS AND/OR TEMPORARY OUT OF STOCK, IN CASE OF UNAVAILABILITY THE PRODUCT WILL BE REFUNDED WITHIN THIRTY DAYS.
WITHDRAWAL CONDITIONS
(EXPECTED BY ARTICLES 49 AND 52-59 OF THE CONSUMER CODE)
You must withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days. The withdrawal zone will expire 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, reaches the material position of the last good. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (indicate: name/title, address and, if available, telephone number and email address of the seller) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal declaration, for example on a card sent by post, fax, or email. To complete the withdrawal zone, please note that the communication regarding the exercise of the withdrawal zone must be sent before reaching the withdrawal zone.
